About
The Viridian Arts Council is seeking 8 sculptures to be placed in the premier master planned development of Viridian. These works of art will replace 6 of the pieces on display in their sculpture garden and 2 pieces residing in pocket parks. Residents enjoy this venue daily and are eager to see what’s new for the Fall of 2026. Those pieces accepted will remain on display for 2 years. The artist will receive a stipend of $1,800. Viridian will also host all of the displaying sculptors at an informal reception where they will invite the artists to comment on their work and meet their residents. All sculptures will be on display outdoors and must be able to withstand the Texas weather.
