The Artist Opportunities List is compiled by Shiftworks to support artists in Southwestern Pennsylvania who are seeking local, national, and international opportunities to work in the public realm.

Management Tools

Our Management Tools include guides to artist selection, artist residencies, public art consultants, contracts, project budgets, design review, and fabricator resources.

Pittsburgh Artist Registry

The Pittsburgh Artist Registry is an online portal that connects artists living in Southwestern Pennsylvania with curators, arts venues, and entities seeking to commission artwork.

Pittsburgh Art Places

Pittsburgh Art Places is the first and leading comprehensive resource for finding and connecting with public art and arts venues in the Greater Pittsburgh region.

Public Art Trainings for Artists

Shiftworks offers a variety of Public Art Trainings for Artists who are interested in working in the public realm. Offerings include full-day intensive sessions, hands-on workshops, and visits to fabricators.
