About the Artist

Seth PhillipI am a Pittsburgh-based visionary artist, muralist, and designer with a focus on creating large-scale public art rooted in community, and storytelling. My work explores themes of nature, history, unity, and self-exploration through murals that reflect the spirit of the spaces and people they serve. Blending bold color, graffiti, surrealism, and typography, my mural style lives at the intersection of dreamlike landscapes and mythic narrative. Figures and animals emerge from fluid environments where composition and color act as portals rather than surfaces that invite viewers to step into the story rather than simply observe it. Every project is intentionally designed for its community, shaped by local voices, history, and energy. My goal is to transform walls into living stories that empower, inspire, and spark connection. With a background in illustration, design, and painting, I bring a versatile range of styles to each collaboration. Beyond creating murals, I am deeply committed to mentorship and education—working with emerging artists and teaching mural painting techniques in local schools to help cultivate the next generation of creatives.
