About the Artist
Brian Gonnella is an artist, writer, and organizer based in Pittsburgh PA, with a BA in English Writing and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. His academic background directly informs his art, using pop-culture iconography to provide analysis of complex theoretical ideas and American political economy. His public work is all about celebrating People, Place and History.
