About
The Public Art Program of the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture invites submissions from professional artists to design, fabricate and install an outdoor public artwork.
The goal is to enhance the community’s experience at the recreation center and its park and splash park through an artwork that conveys commitment to this rural area for generations or speaks of summer fun and makes visitors and staff feel relaxed and welcome.
